The Light and Dark Side of Jealousy
Thursday Oct 22, 2020
Thursday Oct 22, 2020
Hey Babe! Today on the podcast I’m sharing my experience with both the light side and shadow side of jealousy. Like money, I believe that jealousy is also an amplifier for underlying energy and has the potential to bring out the light and dark in all of us, depending upon how we act upon it. If you've ever felt jealous about someone else's success or happiness, it's not necessarily a bad thing! Jealousy can be a powerful tool for self-activation when it comes to living your dream life. In this episode I share how you can leverage jealousy from a light perspective to make your dreams come to fruition.
In this episode you will learn:
- That Jealousy isn’t always a ‘bad’ thing
- The two sides of jealousy
- How to use jealousy as a compass when following your dreams
- Why jealousy is a mirror for you to examine your own desires
- How I’m currently using jealousy to examine what I want right now

Breaking Relationship Patterns with Stefanos Sifandos
Monday Oct 19, 2020
Monday Oct 19, 2020
How’s it going, love? Thank you so much for joining me on the Boldly Courageous podcast! In this episode, we talk about relationships — specifically how we can break out of toxic patterns and have the love life of our dreams. Relationships are one of the most beautiful things we have in life, but we all know that they can be messy and at some times, hurtful. How do we balance our masculine and feminine energies and curate relationships that are healthy, life-giving, and enjoyable? To answer this question, I have love expert and relationship coach Stefanos Sifandos here to talk about all things relationships, love, and energetics. You’re not going to want to miss this episode!
________________________________________________________________________________
Who Is Stefanos Sifandos?
Stefanos Sifando is a love and relationship coach that works with both men and women on how to open themselves up for healthy romantic relationships. A huge part of this starts with working through masculine and feminine energetics, and he realized that toxic masculinity is a huge problem in our society today. And it’s something that he used to struggle with himself.
By following in the footsteps of men who had walked before him, Stefanos used to be obsessed with receiving external validation. His self-worth came from how others perceived him. But no matter how successful he became, Stefanos was never content.
His relationships with women were also suffering as a result of his insecurities. He was hiding deep pain from his childhood, including violence, emotional abuse, and segregation. The only way he could feel safe was if he kept switching from each relationship to the next, which ultimately manifested itself in cheating.
After years of pain and self-loathing, Stefanos knew that something needed to change. He decided to work through his traumas, acknowledge his mistakes, and grow into a man he could be proud of. Using his own personal experiences, Stefanos set himself on a quest to free the hearts of men from the societal expectations which create toxic relationships. He offers tons of amazing courses and mentorship opportunities for men who are seeking to break toxic patterns and start having healthy relationships and fulfilling lives.
________________________________________________________________________________
In This Episode, You Will Learn…
- The first step to breaking out of a toxic cycle
- Why surrender and acceptance doesn’t mean weakness
- Why processing your own trauma is essential for dissolving relationship triggers
- The energetics of masculinity and femininity
- Where toxic masculinity comes from and how to treat it
- Why it’s important to “judge less and be open more”
- How to healthily process a breakup

Monday Oct 05, 2020
What’s up, babe?! Welcome back to another episode of Boldly Courageous! Today, I have the fabulous Haley Helveston on the show to talk about the absolute importance of sexual healing. There is so much discomfort and awkwardness around sex, especially for us as women, but Haley is an expert. She’s sharing her wisdom and light to help us all connect with our divine feminine energy, and learn about our bodies, and start truly enjoying sex! I learned a ton from this episode, and I know you will, too, so let’s get started!
____________________________________________________________________________________
Who Is Haley Helveston?
Haley Helveston is a Sacred Sexuality and Religion coach. She is passionate about helping women deepen their connections with themselves and experience thriving romantic relationships as a result. As such, she coaches clients one-on-one via zoom and hosts in-person workshops.
Haley is also the host of the podcast Your Guide to Love. There, she shares her wisdom on subjects ranging from healing your relationship with masculine energy to breathwork to the many types of orgasms you can have. She interviews fascinating and brilliant people on all subjects related to sex and sexuality, and she’s teaching women to own their sexual power. I highly recommend checking it out!
But Haley’s had a long journey to become the sex expert that she is now. At one point in her life, she worked as a holistic health coach, took medication for her mental health problems, and found herself literally incapable of having an orgasm. She decided to take her sexual healing into her own hands, and that led her to a sexual retreat in Costa Rice. She dove headfirst into studying sexuality and spirituality, and after that, made the decision to become a sex and relationship coach.
Since then, Haley has helped so many women heal from their past sexual wounds. She literally heals women generations before her, and I’m sure she’ll heal generations after her too. Haley has a genuine light that I think the whole world needs to see! Let’s get started!
