What Happens If You Don't Make a Social Media Post for 20 Days
Thursday Nov 26, 2020
Thursday Nov 26, 2020
Hi love! Happy Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday for so many reasons — it’s really all about family, gratitude, conversation, and of course, FOOD — which is my love language. We’re experiencing testing times right now, and the ability to connect has been reimagined — it makes me sad to think that there are people alone on the holidays, so if that’s you today, know that I’m so grateful for you and that I’m spending you love from afar!
Today’s topic is on social media — specifically how I went 20 days without posting anything and how my business didn’t fall apart. Social media can be very confusing for new business owners. How many times should I post per week? Do I need to have a schedule? How many posts is too much? Can I take a break from social media if I need to? These are all questions I’ve had before, and I’m sure you have too. That’s why today, we’re exploring what happens if you take a break from social media for 20 days, and why you should operate your social media accounts from a place of abundance and excitement rather than fear! Let’s get started.
In This Episode, You Will Learn:
- Why you should focus more on the authenticity of your posts rather than the algorithms
- The importance of creating content out of excitement and passion rather than scarcity
- How to tap into your “why” as the driving force behind your social media posts
- Why it’s OKAY to take breaks from social media so that you can get back into alignment
- Why your energy always comes first in your business
- How we always have a choice when it comes to managing our businesses
- Why I’m grateful for every challenge that comes my way

What’s up, babe?! Welcome back to Boldly Courageous! We are living in a crazy time. We’ve just been through an election, and the outcome is still up in the air as ballots are being counted. You might be in a situation where your candidate doesn’t win, and in that case, you might experience a sense of loss and grief. I’ve been there — I have grieved the loss of my sister, who passed away after her battle with leukemia, my marriage, and my network marketing business. Grief is not easy, but we can always support each other. So today, I want to talk through the five stages of grief. I hope this episode makes you feel so loved and supported! Let’s get started.
In This Episode You Will Learn…
- What the five stages of grief are
- That we often experience the same types of feelings no matter what we’ve lost
- The importance of normalizing loss and the emotions that come with it

Flaunt Your Flaws with Rubi Skilton
Monday Nov 16, 2020
Monday Nov 16, 2020
What’s up, babe?! Welcome back to Boldly Courageous! Today’s episode is going to encourage you so much! My girl Rubi Skilton is here to talk all about what it means to flaunt your flaws, get in touch with your inner child, and celebrate doing the scary things! As a limb difference advocate, Rubi has a beautiful heart for encouraging others to embrace what makes them different. This episode brought so much joy and light to my life, and I know you’re going to get a lot of value from it. Let’s dive in!
Who Is Rubi Skilton?
Rubi is a podcast producer, audio expert, limb difference advocate, speaker, and entrepreneur. Being born with a physical difference could have positioned Rubi’s life to go in a different direction. She could’ve fallen into the victim mentality and lived a life of “I wish I could...” but instead, she used her difference as fuel to become successful and impact others.
Throughout the years, Rubi lost herself in the world of expectations. Her voice was lost amongst the masses, so she pushed herself out of her comfort zone and started a podcast to use her voice. Rubi founded Podcast & Co, where she works with high-level entrepreneurs, coaches, and influencers to help them not only connect with their audience on a deeper level but also have their voices heard.
Rubi says, "podcasting is not just about serving your community, but it’s about remembering the power your words hold, the impact your voice can make.” I love this girl so much, and I know you’re going to love her too! Let’s go!
In This Episode You Will Learn…
- The importance of trusting your intuition
- How to celebrate your flaws instead of hiding them
- How sharing your story can have a positive impact on others

Monday Nov 09, 2020
What’s up, babe?! Welcome back to Boldly Courageous! Today, I have the one and only Tara Romano here on the show to share her light and wisdom with us. Tara is a dear friend of mine, and I have just loved watching her grow and build this incredible business around her desire to promote body positivity and empower women to live their lives unleashed. Babe, this interview will inspire you, encourage you, and show you how to step into your power and live the life of your dreams. Let’s dive in!
______________________________________________________________________________________________________
Who Is Tara Romano?
Tara Romano built her seven-figure business and brand from the ground up focusing on one thing: CONFIDENCE.
Overcoming her own journey of self-loathing, feeling less than, and living hand to mouth, Tara realized that the only way to face her future was to carve a path aligned with the inner confidence she embodies through movement, and showing others how to do the same. In her most recent creation, the Your Life Unleashed Event, she helps women release what is no longer serving them, embody their powerful feminine energy, and take real action by connecting their minds back into their bodies. Tara helps women let go of their stories and self-judgments and supports them as they own the imperfections that truly make them amazing!
Through her Tone and Tease program, she encourages her clients to feel more empowered in their bodies, love themselves every step of the way, and show up in their most confident stance. Becoming a top leader in Network Marketing has afforded Tara the ability to lead and grow sales teams from an authentic place that makes each sale a relational one, and not just a transactional one. She is a master at building communities of empowered women and showing others how to do the same.
Tara is one of the most real women I know. She’s had her share of struggles and challenges, but she’s also one of the most supportive women I know. I truly admire the way she shows up with vulnerability and authenticity — you’re going to love this girl! Let’s dive into our interview and discuss how we can all live our lives unleashed!
