What’s up, babe?! Welcome back to Boldly Courageous! I recently had a conversation with my coach, Lindsay Mango, and she asked me this question: What thoughts come up when you think about setting a goal? And I realized that I have all kinds of limiting beliefs around goal-setting. But here’s the thing: Setting goals is not about hitting the actual goal. It’s about who you become in the process of pursuing it. So today, I’m talking all about goal-setting, my own limiting beliefs, and the one mindset shift we can all make to become the best versions of ourselves. Let’s get started!
